One Pot Carrot Soup - a simple Instant Pot soup , perfect for autumn.
 1 tbsp olive oil
 2 tbsp butter
 6  medium carrots, chopped
 1  onion, chopped
 1 tsp ground cumin
 ½ tsp ground turmeric
 ½ tsp ground coriander 
 1 ½  vegetable stock cubes
 800 ml water
 1 tsp honey

Heat the Instant Pot on Sauté with the oil and butter in.

Add the chopped carrots and onion to the pot and sauté for 10 minutes.

Add all other ingredients except the honey. Stir and secure lid in place. Set to Pressure Cook for 7 minutes.

QPR (quick pressure release) at the end of cooking.

Stir in honey then blend to a smooth consistency. Serve.
