This smoothie is designed to boost your mood and designed with your happiness in mind!

 20 g oat flour or smoothie oats
 100 g frozen blueberries
 190 g Greek yogurt
 175 g frozen banana slices
 2 tbsp chia seeds
 300 ml oat milk
