Some mornings are just too busy for anything other than a "grab and go" style breakfast. I know this from experience as these breakfast slices have been munched by my 15 year old many a time on the way to school.

 130 g grated apple(about one large apple)
 300 g mashed banana(about 3 large bananas)
 80 g raisins
25 g Linwood's flax, chia, apple and cinnamon mix(or ground flaxseeds with a good pinch of cinnamon)
 150 g oats(can use gluten free)
 1 apple, sliced for decoration
 1 tsp ground cinnamon

1

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees centigrade or 180 degrees centigrade if using a fan assisted oven.

2

Mix all of the ingredients except the sliced apple and extra ground cinnamon in a bowl.

3

Pour the mixture into 8 holes of a brownie tin.

4

Top each portion with an apple slice and a good pinch of cinnamon.

5

Bake for 20 minutes.

6

Remove from the oven but leave to cool in the tin before removing the portions and storing.

Do you mean muffin tin rather than brownie?

You can use either a brownie tin or a muffin tin.
