These root vegetable falafels are sweet and nourishing and delicious! Made with roasted butternut squash, some gram flour and some chickpeas with seasoning, they're simple to make for younger family members too!
150 g Roasted Butternut Squash
100 g Chickpeas
25 g Gram flour (chickpea flour)
5 g Lemon juice
1 tsp Falafel spice (or ground cumin)
½ tsp Salt

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees centigrade (fan-assisted)

Mix the ingredients together in a food processor.

Roll into 6 equal balls
