These are delicious, sweet and moist veggie burgers that taste delicious hot or cold.
Ingredients
 350 g Grated sweet potato, drained of excess liquid (push the grated sweet potato through some muslin or a clean tea-towel – the liquid could be added to smoothies)
 1  clove of garlic,Crushed
 30 g Fresh coriander,finely chopped
 400 g Canned chickpeas,drained and rinsed
 1 ½ tsp Ground cumin
 1 tsp Ground coriander
 1  Large egg
 2 tbsp Gram flour
 Olive oil for frying

In a food processor, combine all of the ingredients except the oil.

Using your hands make 6-8 equally sized burgers.

Heat the oil in a large frying pan and add the burgers.

Once they’re browned on the bottom, turn them over to cook on the other side.

Drain on some kitchen paper.

Leave to cool then place in the lunchbox.
