A gut-friendly breakfast or snack. Kefir is a fermented yogurt drink. It is rich in probiotic bacteria. Children do seem to love it which is a good thing as it is a boost to their immune system.
Ingredients
 250 ml Kefir
 100 g Frozen fruit
 100 g Fresh fruit
 squeeze of yacon syrup (optional)

Method

Mix the ingredients together in a smoothie maker/nutribullet.
