A quick and simple pancake recipe. These can be eaten hot or cold so they're ideal for lunchboxes. A little protein-rich chocolaty treat!
 60 g 60g quinoa flakes 
 45 g 45g sunflower or pumpkin seeds
 10 g 10g cacao powder
 100 g 100g mashed bananas
 175 ml 175ml almond milk
 2  2 large eggs
 20 g 20g flaxseeds

Grind the seeds in a food processor or Nutri - bullet/ninja.

Add the quinoa flakes and grind to a flour.

Add all other ingredients except the cooking oil/fat.

Heat a large frying pan with 1 tsp of the fat. Add 2 tbsp. of the batter at a time.

Once bubbling up from the underside turn each pancake over and cook on the other side. Makes about 6-10 pancakes.
