A super quick way to a morning smoothie bowl. I deal in winter, using frozen fruits to bring that sweet zing of summer to your mornings.
150 g frozen berries
150 ml milk (can be plant-based)
75 g frozen avocado, chopped
70 g Greek yogurt
1 tsp honey
1 tbsp nuts and seeds to decorate

Combine all ingredients (except those for decoration) in a food processor and blend to a smoothie consistency
