A quick breakfast fix for those busy mornings. Each square is jam-packed full of goodness.
140 g oats
30 g mixed seeds - pumpkin and sunflower
20 g chia seeds
30 g goji berries
1 tsp cinnamon
70 g honey
150 g almond butter

Stir the oats, seeds, berries and cinnamon in a bowl to combine

Add in the honey and almond butter

Once fully mixed push into a 20cm by 20cm baking dish (or similar volume e.g. 25cm x 15cm) with the back of a spoon

Chill in the fridge for 2 hours then slice into 9 squares
