Who thinks oats are just for breakfast? Not my daughter! She's created this simple oat pudding for her lunches. All it requires is 4 minutes of your/their time the night before to prepare.
40 g Oats
40 g Yogurt
90 ml Milk
½ tsp Cinnamon
2 tbsp Fresh chopped or prepared fruit to serve
2 tsp Honey

Simply place the oats, milk, yogurt, honey and cinnamon in that order into a glass jar or stainless steel container.

Leave to soak in the fridge overnight.

Add fresh fruit in the morning.

Grab and go to school.
