These are delicious, sweet and moist veggie burgers that taste delicious hot or cold.
In a food processor, combine all of the ingredients except the oil.
Using your hands make 6-8 equally sized burgers.
Heat the oil in a large frying pan and add the burgers.
Once they’re browned on the bottom, turn them over to cook on the other side.
Drain on some kitchen paper.
Leave to cool then place in the lunchbox.
