A simple base recipe for granola, quickly and easily prepared in your air fryer.
Place the coconut oil, honey and vanilla extract on a baking dish that fits your air fryer and place in the cold air fryer.
Set the air fryer to 160C and the timer to 15 minutes.
Mix the oats, nuts, seeds, chia seeds, cinnamon and salt.
Add this mixture to the dish in the air fryer once it is up to heat and stir well.
Stir regularly as the granola bakes to ensure even cooking.
Cook for up to 15 minutes and then leave to cool.
Serve once cool.
