a quick and easy air fryer chicken and vegetable kebab recipe
Mix the tikka paste, yogurt, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt and pepper in a bowl
Add chopped chicken and vegetables to the bowl and stir to coat
Place the bowl in the fridge for at least 30 mins to marinate
Thread the chicken and vegetables alternately on to skewers that fit your air fryer
Preheat air fryer or grill to 180C then cook, turning once until internal temperature reads 74C
Serve with mango, raita and salad
